Do I need to replace the watches or straps my members already use?
No. The platform reads the watches your members already own — Apple Watch, Samsung, Wear OS, Polar and Garmin — plus Bluetooth and ANT+ straps and armbands. You start operating with what's already on their wrists.
How does the 30-day trial work?
On the annual plan the first month is free: Vektor ships the kit, assists the remote installation and follows your first class. If it's not a fit, you return the kit and nothing is charged.
What does 'kit on loan' mean?
The receiver and antenna that connect sensors to the TV are provided on loan — no hardware cost while your subscription is active. The TV is the one your gym already has.
What if the gym's internet drops mid-class?
Processing happens locally on the receiver, in the room itself. The class keeps showing on the TV and data syncs when the connection returns.
